Work & Experience
Research Intern
My research focused on monitoring vegetable crop growth and yield using advanced techniques. I developed strong expertise in hyperspectral data processing, extracting crucial information from detailed spectral signatures. My skills extend to MATLAB-based classification, creating robust models to identify crop health and stress, and leveraging geospatial tools to visualize and analyze these agricultural insights.
Research Inter
My research delved into long-term climate projections for Tibet, employing advanced geospatial analysis techniques to understand future climate scenarios in this sensitive high-altitude region. Through this, I gained practical experience in mapping and analyzing complex climate trends, identifying shifts in temperature, precipitation, and cryospheric changes. A significant aspect of my work also involved assessing the impacts of tourism on climate change within the Tibetan Plateau, highlighting human-induced pressures on its fragile environment. This interdisciplinary approach provided a holistic understanding of climate vulnerabilities and their broader implications.
Intern
As a team coordinator, I gained invaluable practical knowledge in land and water resource surveying and reforms, working directly on initiatives to optimize their sustainable management. This role significantly enhanced my leadership and coordination abilities, as I spearheaded collaborative efforts among diverse stakeholders. Furthermore, I developed a deeper understanding of public infrastructure planning, specifically how resource data directly informs the strategic development of essential community assets.
