Handling inbound calls to explain various courses offered by the academy and guided prospective students on suitable learning paths, conducting follow-ups post-seminars, and converting potential leads. Designing engaging brochures, posters, and social media content using Canva and other tools to enhance promotional reach. Assisting in planning and executing marketing campaigns aimed at students and educational institutions. Supporting the smooth functioning of the academy by managing day-to-day activities efficiently.
