Role Overview

As a Business Advisory New Associate, you’ll be part of the Service Desk Non-Voice Support team, ensuring seamless operational excellence across technical service lines. You will troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve customer issues via email, web, and chat, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve customer queries and technical issues effectively.

  • Maintain adherence to SOPs, service standards, and SLAs.
