Job Description :

The New Associate  will be aligned with Accenture’s  Risk and Compliance vertical to help in perform compliance reviews, publish reports with actions and provide closure guidance as needed.

1. Design & recommend effective controls to mitigate risks and help service delivery team prepare for upcoming client / external audits.
2. Working as a part of the Audit team which ensures process & security compliance for all the processes within the organization.
3. The Operational Audit & Control Testing Team focuses on quality review and managing effective implementation and delivery of functional processes within operations to mitigate risks.
4. Responsible for establishing processes to validate the effectiveness and drive improvements wherever required.
5. Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
6. Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor.
7. Managing/ resolving customers query, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers & giving best resolutions.
8. Accountable for the Inbound/Outbound calls and e-mail/chat support to resolve customer issues.
