Job Designation : QA Automation Engineer

Salary : 9 LPA – 15 LPA

Qualification : Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree

Experience :  Freshers / 0 – 2 years

Skill Set :

1. Relevant experience in Microservice and API automation testing using gherkins(BDD), cucumber-based framework
2. Should be involved in test automation projects right from the framework design, framework amendments to execution
3. Define and build robust, modular, and reusable Automation frameworks and retain accountability for ensuring all Test Automation Analysts understand and adhere to the framework.
4. Well versed with setting-up Test Environment with required test data & appropriate level of access
5. Experience of converting BA stories into test scenarios/cases
6. Hands-on experience of test cases/scenarios writing & test execution
7. Well versed with JIRA and defect lifecycle
8. Good written and verbal communication skills

Job Description :

1. Development and implementation of comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate software functionality and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
2. Creation and execution automated test scripts, leveraging testing frameworks and tools to facilitate early detection of defects and quality issues.         .
3. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements, participate in design discussions, and contribute to the development of acceptance criteria, ensuring a thorough understanding of the software being tested.
4. Root cause analysis for identified defects, working closely with developers to provide detailed information and support defect resolution.
