Skill Set :

1. Excellent command over communication skills and strong command over the local language/ language off support in the region (English & Hindi)
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Willing to work in a shift based work schedule
4. Sound judgment while moderating the content
5. Effectively communicate his/her thoughts in a well-organized manner
6. Should be on par with CEFR C1 quality in English, and be fluent in conversant + written English/Arabic

Job Description :

1. Moderate the content and ensure the required accuracy is maintained.
2. Complete the given assignments within the defined SLA/TAT
3. Work and understand metrics to manage performance independently
4. Make the correct decisions to ensure accurate information is updated on the front-end.
5. Focus on achieving 100% user satisfaction and ensure zero client escalations.
