Job Designation : Business Analyst

Qualification : BE/BTech/MCA

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

1. Building JIRA stories and developing requirements.
2. Experience working with development teams independently
3. Ability to help lead daily stand ups for an Agile squad when required.
4. BA will end up working on client facing reports, so experience with that would be a plus.
5.  Production Support of Insurance Apps under SLA/KPI ambit
6. Strong coordination & liaising experience with Vendors, Business Owners, Infrastructure, Cloud team, etc.
7. Aware about IT Tech stacks (Front End Languages, Databases, Cloud, API)
8. Strong Experience in writing SQL queries
9. Experience on JIRA/ Remedy tool
10.  Iterative / Agile / DevOps/ ITIL practices & tools
11. Data Analysis & Data Migration experience .

Job Description :

1.  Requirement gathering and analysis of Business requirements.
2. Work with client organization to understand technical requirements to implement IT Solutions
   Platform Rationalization
3. Response against RFP/ RFI related to Specialty Insurance Products
4. Must take responsibility and ownership of components/processes within the team and mentor the team members.
