1. Researches and evaluates facts surrounding data
2. Interpret transaction trends and usage patterns based on user, geography or other parameters
3. Be able to detect frauds and risks
4. Anticipating risks on finance & customer relationship
5. Meet predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards
6. Identify opportunities to improve the operational deliverables
7. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
