Infosys looking for fresher graduates with good communication skills and proficient with basic computer knowledge, knowledge of Service Desk with good knowledge on VPN, O365, remote support for Technical Process Executive.

Experience :  Freshers

Skill Set :

  1. Excellent communication skills.
  2. Knowledge on Service requests and incidents and should be able to communicate difference between Service Requests and Incident.
  3. Knowledge of Incident Management lifecycle.
  4. Aware of current role SLA and Metrics handled.
  5. Work experience on Service Desk with good knowledge on VPN, O365, remote support, active directory, troubleshooting – printer issues, Bit locker, MS teams, BIOS.
  6. Experience on Service now, Remedy, Control M or similar ticketing tool with knowledge of ticket priority, severity.
  7. Work from Office is mandatory, No option of hybrid and WFH.
  8. 24*7 Shifts is mandatory.
