Job Designation : System Analyst

Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree

Experience : Freshers / 0-2 years

Skill Set :

1. Excellent proven customer service skills.
2.  Ability to clearly document processes and activities, maintain service desk records including incident reports and knowledge base articles.
3.  Willingness to work 24 x 7, including weekends and shifts as needed.
4.  Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
5.  Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior analysts or other IT teams.
6.  Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
7.  Customer-oriented attitude.
8.  Ensure timely resolution of issues while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
9.  Ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities.
10.  Able to build relationships with key stakeholders and senior management.
11.  Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior analysts or other IT teams.
12. Familiarity with IT service desk metrics and processes.
13. SQL, UNIX required as well as Oracle Database.
