1. Play a key role in the development team to build high-quality, high-performance code.
2. Participate in complete SDLC process (design, development, and support) of tech solutions.
3. Work collaboratively with business partners to understand and clarify requirements.
4. Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Design and develop industry-leading, complex financial reports and solutions.
6. Actively participate in production issues resolutions.
7. Identify, troubleshoot, resolve all support issues relating to OSTTRA Group corporate laptop, productivity & collaboration suites, telephony, video conferencing and associated business applications.
8. Providing effective handover and escalation when necessary.
