Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates from various online channels and network through industry contacts, social media and employees
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- End to End recruitment; from interviewing till on-boarding of resources.
- Would be responsible to hire resources as per organization’s requirements within the defined timeline.
- Screen incoming applications and resumes for suitable roles.
