Qualification : Any Graduate

  1. Candidate should be excellent in verbal communication skills
  2. Should have good verbal communication skills
  3. Looking for typing speed of 35WPM 90% Accuracy
  4. Good to have customer handling skills
  5. Should have good knowledge on customer support

  7. Should be flexible to work from office and night shifts
  8. Candidate should be in 15 kms of radius from work location

Job Description :

  1. Handle Inbound customer calls from international clients.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Utilize software applications and tools to manage customer interactions.
  3. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality targets.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
