Skill Set :
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, with a neutral accent and good diction.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and other technology tools used in a call center environment.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting productivity standards.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and customer needs.
