- A strong focus on client satisfaction, building long-term relationships, and proactively managing both new business opportunities and existing accounts.

Job Description :
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and leveraging social media platforms to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring clear, responsive communication and alignment on goals.
- Translate client briefs into actionable tasks for internal teams, ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery across Content, Design, Production & Post Production teams.
- Work closely with teams across content, production, finance and Post Production to ensure seamless execution of client projects and campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and present insights and actionable recommendations to clients.
- Proactively address client concerns, manage expectations, and resolve issues with professionalism and transparency.
- Anticipate client needs, identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
