Qualification :  Bachelor’s / Master’s degree

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 2 years

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients, manage timelines, and facilitate feedback and coordination across multiple teams.
  • Comfortable with digital content, social media platforms, and understanding of the digital landscape.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively solve problems.
  • A strong focus on client satisfaction, building long-term relationships, and proactively managing both new business opportunities and existing accounts.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering quality results.

Job Description :

  1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and leveraging social media platforms to expand the client base.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring clear, responsive communication and alignment on goals.
  3. Translate client briefs into actionable tasks for internal teams, ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery across Content, Design, Production & Post Production teams.
  4. Work closely with teams across content, production, finance and Post Production to ensure seamless execution of client projects and campaigns.
  5. Track campaign performance, analyze results, and present insights and actionable recommendations to clients.
  6. Proactively address client concerns, manage expectations, and resolve issues with professionalism and transparency.
  7. Anticipate client needs, identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
