- Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and objectively.
- Dedication to the customer experience with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Job Description :
- Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Establishing a positive relationship with all clients and customers in person.
- Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
