Job Designation : Software Engineer

Salary : 15 LPA – 20 LPA

Qualification :  Bachelor’s degree

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 1.5 Years

1. Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
2. Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns and adherence to SOLID principals
3. Understanding of test-driven development
4. Creative, high-energy, proactive problem-solving skills with appropriate sense of urgency.
5. Focus on customers and user experience
6. Experienced working closely with other project resources to cohesively deliver business intended benefits including solution analyst, QA, architect
7. Estimating effort for change and new projects combining model-based approach and practical experience
8. Strong communication skills with proven ability to frame context, present complex ideas and document in a clear and concise manner while influencing outcome
9. Ability to manage and balance multiple projects and tasks in order to drive to deliverable dates working with diverse stakeholders to meet and exceed expectations
10. Understand and support documentation of best practice business processes in support of Business Requirements
11. Comfortable in an environment of rapid change and ambiguity with the ability to make decisions while understanding the risk
12. Able to work in a complex highly-matrix and regulated environment

Job Description :

1. Engage in technical design of solution that is based on use cases and business requirements
2. Complete proof of concepts and other technical evaluations of technologies, designs, and solutions
3. Contribute to the creation of detail design and use case documents
4. Effectively interact with internal teams to develop solutions to complex technical issues on highly visible business opportunities
5. Analyze current solution architecture & design and propose solutions that increase business value, optimize performance and enhance quality
6. Adhere and contribute to best practices, guidelines, standards and procedures guidelines
7. Communicate and present complex technical concepts for peer
8. Ensures inclusion of Visa’s business vision, current business environment (internally and externally) and technology and industry trends to enable results that drive Visa’s business.
9. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
