Job Designation : Software Engineer Internship

Qualification :  Bachelor’s Degree

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

1. Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions.
2. Strong interest in Salesforce CRM, cloud technologies, and business process automation.
3. Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and/or Classic interface is a plus.
4. Basic understanding of databases, reporting, and data management principles.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
8. Core Salesforce Certifications – Admin, App Builder etc.
9. Any additional Salesforce certifications would be a big plus.
10. Experience with Salesforce customization tools (such as MIAW, Flows etc.).

Job Description :

• Design and develop solutions primarily on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming language and Visual Force.
• Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information/data/ technical details.
• Understand and analyze any defects and find solution for the fix.
• Review and implement new features per business requirements
• Fix the issue after User acceptance.
• Help users during UAT and co-ordinate train the trainer sessions.
• Work with QA team to analyze and document process flows.
• Query and load the business data in Salesforce using SOQL tools.
• Migrate the metadata from development environment to system testing environment during deployment cycle.
• Coordinate the functional design review sessions and collaborate with the team in building application.
• Work with Business Analysts and system analysts to transform functional requirements into technical design requirements.
