Adobe looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Software Quality Engineer and a technical problem solver to help build scalable and responsive desktop applications.

Job Designation : Software Quality Engineer (Automation)

Qualification : BTech/MTech

Experience : Freshers / experienced

Skill Set :

1. Good knowledge of test design techniques and automation.
2. Good coding skill in any language or scripting language like C, C++, Javascript, python.
3. Good knowledge of Basic of computer science fundamentals like, Data Structures / Algorithms.
4. Experience on automating Desktop products(Windows, Mac).
5. Process-oriented with high attention to detail and good follow-through.
6. Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities.
7. Hands on experience working with Automation frameworks- like Junit, Nunit, Selenium, Robotium, or any in-house automation / scripting experience is desirable.
8. Good written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description :

1. Responsibilities include developing and driving test strategies to ensure product quality
2. Ensuring proper functionality and performance of application
3. Work closely with development team to design and deliver the key product features
4. Sense of complete ownership – own, complete end to end automation of assigned features
5. Automating the Test Plan / Test Harness / Execution / Regression testing / Defect mgmt.
6. Experience in modern test methodologies and processes executed throughout the software development life cycle and have a proven track record as an individual contributor in Agile team environment.
7. A demonstrated ability to deliver quality product releases on schedule using risk analysis and defect containment practices, test automation, and continuous improvement initiatives are key to this position.
8. Good at customer Advocacy and design/test from customer viewpoint to ensure a good product experience
9. Providing technical expertise to the projects
10. Growing the overall technical knowledge & expertise of the team
11. Responsible for overall quality of the product.
