An Amazon Customer Support Associate is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all Amazon customers.  This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems.

Skill Set :

  1. Proficient in MS Office.
  2. Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer.
  3.  Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.
  4. Ability to use a desktop computer system.
  5. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  6. Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented.
  7. Friendly and customer-focused in every situation.
  8. Ability to learn quickly and embrace change.
  9. Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment.
  10. Minimum age: 18 years old.
  11. Have the right to work in India.
  12.  The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 12 am to 12 pm.
  13. Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required).

Instead we’ll provide you with the training you need to problem solve for our customers. You’ll bring your unique personality to every customer conversation and deliver the exceptional support experience our customers love.

As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, you have a very clear purpose: to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers by answering their requests through phone, chat and/or email – this includes everything from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
