  1. Good knowledge in programming languages C, C++, Java and Python..
  2. Familiar with software development and testing concepts.
  3. Good knowledge of data analytics and data visualization.
  4. Proficient knowledge in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis.
  5. Ability to deeply understand the business objectives relevant to your team and your stakeholders’ teams and understand how the applications or tools achieve business objectives.
  6. Ability to read and interpret complex code, debug and troubleshoot application-level issues (or) issues with internal tools with minimal guidance.
  7. Ability to come up with simple solutions without over-engineering.
  8. Excellent communication skills.

Job Description :

Business Analyst will be responsible for automating dashboards, monitoring key success metrics, managing WBR reports, identifying problem areas and business challenges and collaboratively shaping solutions with Amazon Pay teams to help optimize on the platform.

  1. Understanding drivers, impacts, and key influences in the BizOps Domain.
  2. Partnering with the business team to create key performance indicators and new methodologies for measurement.
  3. Translating data into actionable insights for the stakeholders.
  4. Automate reporting for weekly business metrics, identify areas of opportunity to automate and scale ad-hoc analyses.
  5. You will perform complex data analysis (root cause deep dives, correlations, regressions, simulations, and optimization) to identify different opportunities to reduce process gaps.
  6. You will build infrastructure and implement maintenance strategy for internal datasets to support swift analysis to answer critical business questions.
