1. Sound knowledge of software testing concepts.
2. Sound knowledge in Java programming or any programming.
3. Good knowledge of Software development cycles, QA and Testing.
4. Exposure to API testing automation.
5. Process-oriented with high attention to detail and good follow-through.
6. Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities.
7. Good verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description :

1. Responsible for handling customer for the Electronics and mechanical SKU units.
2. Responsible for 3rd party repair activities.
3. Responsible for Test, process and NPI activity.
4. Guiding the team members with the workload.
5. Responsible for performing, validating, and submitting the FAI to the customer for NPI approval process.
6. Analyzing the scrap and providing the technical support to production team.
7. Work with customers & internal stakeholders for the yield improvement project.
8. Preparing the NPI plan as the customer input data and present to customer in a weekly meeting
9. Planning the HMJ and required components for the NPI.
10. Requesting the quotations with our supplier for the requirement of Components, tools & Equipment’s.
11. Cycle time validation
12. Leading the NPI and follow up all the activities from all the stakeholders.
13. Validating the newly written repair procedures and submitting for customer approval.
14. Monitoring the ECO details and providing the split-up data to the team.
15. Preparing the KPI data and presenting to customer.
16. Presenting the DOA investigation report to customer.
17. Involving NFF study, Improvement from scrap, FAI , ECO, DOA and cannibalism study
18. Co-ordinates with customer and supplier for repair/service within BWH policies
19. Support Mexico Flex on technical quires and HMJ support
