Job Designation : QA-Automation Software Engineer

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree

Experience : Freshers/Experienced

Skill Set :

1. Good understanding of software testing principles, Selenium, Java, experience developing API. .
2. Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
3. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and experience with agile methodologies.
4. Proficient with AWS and automating UI tests in SaaS platforms.
5. Good knowledge of browser-based test automation.
6. Expertise designing and implementing automated testing frameworks (e.g., Webdriver. IO, CodeceptJS, Cypress, Jest, Selenium and Jasmine).
7. Experience creating automated test frameworks, test plans, test scenarios, and develop repeatable application testing.
8.  Experience in automation of messaging technologies such as SNS/SQS, RabbitMQ or Kafka.
9. Strong problem-solving skills.
10. Good Communication skills.

Job Description :

In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of quality engineers, ensuring that all software products meet stringent quality standards. You will implement and manage quality processes, identify, and mitigate risks, and continuously improve the quality of our software delivery pipeline.

1. QA automation engineer to support the development of new test automation scripts and the uplift of existing to handle new features.
2. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures.

4. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
5. Monitor and track team performance.
6. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
7. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

9.  Select the appropriate testing methodologies and tools.
10. Design and execute functional, non-functional, and performance tests.
11. Automation initiatives to reduce functional defects and uncover performance problems early, well before code is released into production.
12. Automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
13. Proactively identify potential quality risks.
14. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
15. Monitor and track the effectiveness of risk mitigation efforts.
16.  Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement.
17. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
18. Stay up to date on the latest quality assurance methodologies and tools.
19. Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
20. Communicate effectively to ensure everyone is aligned on quality goals.
21. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on technical design.
22. Generate and present key quality metrics to stakeholders.
23. Identify trends and patterns in quality data.
24. Make data-driven recommendations to improve quality performance.
