Job Designation : Software QA Engineer

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree

Experience : Freshers/Experienced

Skill Set :

  1. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and best practices.
  2. Good knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  3. Familiarity Visual Studio, Power BI and Data Analysis.
  4. Experience with test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
  5. Proficiency in writing and executing complex SQL queries to validate data integrity and perform database testing.
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  8. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Description :

As a QA Engineer with expertise in SQL and Power BI Dashboards you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with our development and testing teams to design, execute, and automate tests that validate the functionality, performance, and integrity of our Reports and Data.

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  2. Design, develop, and execute SQL-based test cases to validate data integrity, accuracy, and performance.
  3. Perform manual and automated testing of software applications, including functional testing, regression testing, and integration testing.
  4. Write and maintain automated test scripts using SQL and testing frameworks/tools.
  5. Identify, document, and prioritize defects using issue tracking systems such as Jira.
  6. Work closely with developers, Analyst to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues found during testing.
  7. Continuously learn and stay updated on emerging QA trends, technologies, and best practices.
  8. Gather the data Validation requirements from Data analyst and in corporate testing methods to perform validation.
