Skill Set :

  1. Basic Computer Knowledge.
  2. Good to have MS Office knowledge.
  3. Sound knowledge of customer service skills Voice,Chat,Email Chat .
  4. Effective probing & analysing skills and capable of doing a multi-tasking of voice & data entry.
  5. Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers’ issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently.
  6. Excellent communication skills.
  7. Mandatory experience on L1 Service Desk/CS-Semi tech
  8. Multiple chat/Dual chat experience is required.
  9. Basic computer knowledge.
  10. Ready to work in 24*7 Shifts

Job Description :

  1. Generating and following up with new business leads.
  2. Drawing up proposals and presenting them to prospective clients.
  3. Ensuring all processes are carried out in accordance with company regulations, as well as health and safety codes.
  4. Establishing and maintaining relationships with staff as well as external clients and vendors.
  5. Addressing any questions or queries promptly and politely.
