Skill Set :

  1. Good knowledge of C,C++, Java Database configurations.
  2. Sound knowledge of Cloud technologies(Azure, AWS, etc.)
  3. Proficient knowledge in software testing automation.
  4. Expertise in both Manual and Automation testing
  5. Should have worked throughout the SDLC life cycle
  6. An understanding of data structures to provide analytical problem solving.
  7. Working knowledge of Automation service provisioning.
  8. Must possess Problem-Solving Skills and Critical Thinking
  9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description :

  1. Analyses, designs, develops and tests products / services / improvements / bug resolutions for integrated hardware / software systems as per customers’ requirements.
  2. Performs routine assignments within standardised procedures and practices with regular supervision to achieve objectives and meet deadlines (EG plans, designs, and executes items according to given specifications such as performing a standard process step when rolling out the toolchain for volume software production, completing design documentation, integrating a subsystem with guidance, etc).
  3. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others and uses own knowledge and existing procedures to solve standard problems (EG performing a subset of activities that are-related with the different software development phases such as software requirement specification, feasibility and cost studies, etc).
  4. Resolves customer trouble tickets. Diagnoses complex problems / issues (EG hardware, software, combination) and provides resolution or recommend corrective actions. Plans technical requirements from customers’ needs.
  5. Develops SW / HW build-controlled productions releases (EG main and update releases, service packages, maintenance updates, and customer design engineering).
  6. Defines product hardware / software evolutions through the creation and release of hardware / software documentation, hardware / software change control management, supplier and customer notifications.
  7. Retains technical and design knowledge for assigned products and technologies and provides training to the lower support teams (Tier 2 and Tier 3).
  8. Applies and maintains quality standards. Participates in process and tools evolutions and improvements.
  9. Applies the SW Care process (especially emergency case handling) contributing when needed to the fastest problem restoration.
