Job Description :

Information Design (IFD) comprises the design, planning, coordination, writing, and illustrating of technical customer documentation and user guides in R&D product and system programmes. Contains planning, developing, writing, and editing of operational and maintenance information about products, systems, and solutions. These appear as web-based publications for internal and external users; sometimes including Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) and various forms of multi-media.

1. Understand and analyze product features to develop user-centric documentation.
2. Work closely with subject matter experts to gather and validate information.
3. Work with a diverse international team of writers and subject matter experts.
4. Apply relevant technical documentation practices to conceptualize, design and develop required information products.
5. Ensure quality in terms of content, standards and presentation.
6. Participate in document design, process and delivery innovations.
