Revolut seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst who’ll join us to play a big part in Revolut’s drive by working closely with all Customer Support departments, supporting analysts and their Line Managers.

  1. Expertise within Quality Support and Quality Assurance.
  2. Practical knowledge of Google Sheets, Forms, and Slides.
  3. Strong organization and time management skills.
  4. Ability to learn new technologies, tools, and platforms.
  5. A proven track record of positive evaluations
  6. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
  8. Ability to participate in all phases of the release cycle.
  9. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Description :

  1. Completing monthly Quality Assurance (QA) activities by focusing on identifying successes and failures in the work performed by Quality Control
  2. Highlighting and reporting any issues to the Quality Assurance Team Lead/Quality Assurance Head
  3. Providing feedback to Quality Control analysts and identifying root-cause analysis of potential misalignment
  4. Supporting Quality Control in achieving deliverables through knowledge sharing
  5. Delivering quality refresher sessions to individuals who are struggling with quality performance
  6. Engaging in risk-oriented reviews focusing on issue identification together with active facilitation for resolution
  7. Coaching new joiners to learn procedures across the Support department
  8. Collaborating with other teams across different locations
