  1. Super Badges in Salesforce Administrator/Developer etc.
  2. Solid Grasp of HTML, XML, API, SQL.
  3. C, C++, Java, RDBMS and OOPS concepts.
  4. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  5. Solid grasp of Internet technologies: firewalls, web servers, web proxy servers, etc.
  6. BE/B.Tech degree with minimum 70% academic scores from Computer.
  7. Science or from circuit branches background.
  8. Willingness to work in flexible shift timings.

Job Description:

  1. Assisting customers in solving their custom code, integration, and implementation of Salesforce products. This involves debugging, fixing, and ensuring issues are fully resolved.
  2. Designing and maintaining technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality.
  3. Demonstrating outstanding analytical and problem-solving expertise.
  4. Providing feature explanation and Salesforce coding best practices.
  5. Handling customer expectations and the customer experience to enhance customer satisfaction.
  6. Actively maintaining and participating in job-related training activities.
