Job Designation : Associate Solution Support Engineer

Qualification :  Bachelor’s / Master’s degree

Experience : Freshers / 0-3 Years

Skill Set :

  1. An understanding of object-oriented methodologies and programming in Java.
  2. Knowledge in Ariba Procurement / Ariba SLP / Ariba Integration flows.
  3. Good knowledge of SAP Technologies and Products.
  4. Familiar with operating systems (Linux, Windows) and OS-level system administration concepts.
  5. Familiarity with the concepts of technical planning, implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP solutions
  6. Team player with ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  7. Good listener with excellent communication skills, empathetic, collaborative
  8. Resourceful self-starters with strong interpersonal skills who are eager learners.
  9. Interested in technology, innovation, and how digital platforms can solve business challenges.

Job Description :

The primary function of the Technical Support Engineer  in Critical Incident Support is to provide dependable and timely resolution for complex software issues related to the Ariba product area. The Engineer also possesses a strong focus on customer service and communication that results in an exceptional user experience and also uses the knowledge interfaces with 3rd party vendors and internal technical teams to drive issues to resolution.

  1. In-depth understanding of cloud technologies and related aspects of life cycle management.
  2. Demonstrates competency with the full suite of SAP Ariba Solutions, understanding and proficiency of procurement business process and integration topics.
  3. Build partnerships with customers to proactively deliver expertise and improve customer value of SAP Ariba solutions
  4. Provide on-call support during weekends as required by a rotational schedule.
