  1. Good at Python programming.
  2. Proven hands-on or research experience in developing Natural Language Processing models
  3. Understanding of generative AI tools and techniques
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with different teams and peers in the organization
  5. You’re a passionate professional who is up to the challenge of blending the fast-changing technology landscape of Generative AI with the complex and high-impact space of HiTech and Manufacturing analytics
  6. Strong appetite for constant learning, thinking out of the box, questioning the problems & solutions with the intent to understand and solve better
  7. You’re uncompromisingly detail oriented, well organized with solid time management skills, and you have solid, effective verbal and written communications abilities
  8. Ability to motivate people and instill ownership, reliability, teamwork, and commitment in the team
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with different teams and peers in the organization
  10. In depth knowledge and working experience on the various aspects of training and deployment of deep learning solutions in TensorFlow or PyTorch
  11. Good Communication skills both written and verbal.

Job Description :

  1. Help develop and optimize Large Language Model based analytics solutions to revolutionize business operations
  2. Be part of a product team of 6-8 Data science, ML and Platform Engineers that are the crux for developing and maintaining Machine Learning /advanced analytics platforms and Big Data solutions
  3. Leverage ChatGPT / OpenAi , Azure Openai or Google Vertex AI or other open source LLM to help users intuitively and efficiently access large databases
  4. Work on seamless integration of LLM models with existing platforms
  5. Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers and Business SMEs to end-to-end Analytics platform and supporting infrastructure
