2. Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process
3. Should have not applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 month
4. Customer orientation.
5. Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
6. No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining
7. 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1 hour break
8. Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy

• Voice Versant (V4 and above)
