  1. Good knowledge of programming languages C, C++, Java and Python.
  2. Sound Technical Knowledge in Troubleshooting Base Operating system Issues.
  3. Good knowledge of Operating systems and system applications..
  4. Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle ( SDLC ) and software testing.
  5. Proficient in MS office applications word, excel outlook etc.
  6. Proficiency in Quality and Process Knowledge.
  7. Good customer handling skills.
  8. Eager to learn New Technologies.
  9. Ability to Empathize, pacify and handle Irate Customers with Exceptional communication skills.
  10. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  11. Strong logical reasoning, analytical skills.

Job Description :

  1. Troubleshooting Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix. VDI, VPN,Security App etc. over Remote Support
  2. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails in timely manner.
  3. Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  4. Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as and when needed.
  5. Provide product and service information to customers.
  6. Research required information using available resources and Offer Solution to customers.
  7. Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
  8. Route calls and tickets to appropriate resources and Domains who can best support he user,
  9. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  10. Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
  11. Create SOPs for new Issues and resolution given.
  12. Complete call logs and reports.
