Job Designation : IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree

Experience : Freshers / Experienced

Skill Set :

  1. Sound knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications.
  2. Familiar with using Salesforce technologies applications.
  3. Good knowledge of programming languages like C, C++,Java and Python.
  4. Proficient knowledge of software Development Life Cycle and testing.
  5. Ability to communicate effectively
  6. Ability to work with others in a collaborative environment and independently
  7. Trouble shoot capability
  8. Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
  9. Ability to document and maintain up to date systems procedures
  10. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
  11. Strong analytical skills
  12. Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description :

Works with team to debug software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and
maintain quality standards for IT solutions.

  1. Works with team to debug software products through the use of systematic tests to develop,
    apply, and maintain quality standards.
  2. Participates with team to develop, modify and execute software test plans, automated scripts and
    programs for testing. Participates in working on analyzing and writing test standards and
    procedures.

    1. Develops automated test scripts using Tosca on Salesforce. com CRM and Force .com application
  3. Supports the development of test results documentation to assist in debugging and modification
    of software.
  4. Analyzes less complex test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective
    action.
  5. Works with application and infrastructure teams to contribute to the resolution of problems.
