Job Designation : Voice Process Executive-  Customer Service Associate 

Salary : 2. 5 LPA

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

  1. Sound customer handling skills.
  2. Familiar with content management, content review  and data analysis.
  3. Basic computer knowledge.
  4. Good knowledge of MS office applications.
  5. Good in Logical Thinking and Thought process.
  6. Good process knowledge and business management skills.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Fresher’s & Immediate Joiner’s Only.
  9. Work Mode: WFO.
  10. Shift : Rotational Shift & 5 days work.
  11. Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday.

Job Description :

  1. Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines.
  2. Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
  3. Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research.
  4. Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
  5. Adhere to process norms and structure.
  6. Ability to gather information via outbound calls to businesses within specific country locations.
  7. Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
  8. support users to make bookings/ reservations with various types of businesses
  9. work with great attention to detail / content review
  10. Have an extensive exposure to customer service
  11. Work in a rapidly changing environment
  12. Work with high profile tech/ evolving AI
