Qualification : BE/BTech/MCA

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

1. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and best practices.
2. Proficient knowledge of Manual and automation testing.
3. Sound knowledge in Core Java (1.8 or higher) and Selenium.
4. Strong expertise of developing automation framework from scratch.
5. Good Understanding of Agile Delivery Methodology & experience in working with Scrum teams.
6. Exposure to Continuous integration tool using DevOps.
7. Experience of using Git/Bitbucket, Maven, & related tools.
8. Banking / Capital Markets domain experience.
9. Good Communication and leadership skills.
10. Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
11. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ISTQB, Java certifications) are a plus.

Job Description :

In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.

1. Consulting projects and engagements, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and providing strategic guidance on testing strategies, automation frameworks, and quality assurance processes.
2. Architect, design, and implement robust test automation solutions using Java, Selenium, and API testing frameworks to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of software applications.
3. Develop and maintain automated test suites for API endpoints.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers, to define testing requirements, establish best practices, and drive continuous improvement in software quality.
5. Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of test automation scripts and frameworks.
6. Mentor and coach junior consultants and team members, providing technical guidance, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in software testing and quality assurance, and apply relevant methodologies and tools to enhance testing processes and practices.
