Job Designation : Technical Solution Consultant

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set : 

  1. Basic knowledge on  Windows / Linux / Mac OS environments
  2. Good understanding of Infrastructure domain – Servers, Network, cloud, and other tech products.
  3. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  4. Familiarity with monitoring and alerting and helpdesk software (eg. Zendesk).
  5. Ability to research and identify solutions to reported issues.
  6. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including setup and configuration.
  7. Ability to prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
  8. Willingness to work in shifts.
  9. Microsoft, Cisco, Linux or similar certification is a plus.
  10. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  11. Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.

Job Description :

  1. Provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers using the IT operations platform.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues/questions and help our customers leverage the product effectively.
  3. Resolve product issues and responding to any product questions from customers.
  4. Use email and phone communication to provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.
  5. Be the person our customers trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.
  6. Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
  7. Give walkthroughs to clients, either via phone, email, or chat, until resolution is achieved.
  8. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
  9. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  10. Refer to the internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
  11. Ensure all issues are properly logged.
  12. Prepare accurate and timely reports.
  13. Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
